customer service

Okay I placed and order earlier this morning, and silly me did not do the reviews as I thought this was the shoe brands page. The customer service online chat was responsive and canceled the order with confirmation of a refund in process. That was a close one but at least their customer service is great

Terrible masks

Terrible masks! Adjusted all the way is still too tight and pulls on my ears. Then the adjustable beads popped off, and I can't get them back on. Without them, the mask is too loose! It's a final sale product, and it's ten dollars cheaper now than when I bought it.

Glad I checked the reviews before I ordered.. too many current bad ones. It's important to have good reviews especially when you're online shopping. It can be very upsetting when online companies are not customer friendly and manageable.

Walking with a spring in my step????

Wow. I am surprised to read so many negative reviews. I ordered my Nike pink blast zoom double stacked on 2/14. The original price was approx. $200, but was marked down to $159 and I used a promo code for an additional 15% off so the shoes were only $135 and I received them in only 4 days on 2/18. They arrived just as described in the ad and were well packaged. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and wanted to give them a try. I haven't had a chance to wear them for a full day yet, but just trying them on and walking through the house leaves me thinking that this was a great purchase. I actually feel the bounce!

I purchased on their website two weeks ago but my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I emailed them a few days ago. They said it will be shipped this week but it didn’t

Not a fan of this company

Not a fan of this company. I received the wrong sneakers. Mistakes get made, and yes they did offer a 10% coupon for getting the item wrong. However, it was the complete lack of regard for having made the mistake in the first place that gave me a bad taste. After I returned the wrong item, it took them a really long time to refund the money back to my account. It should have taken about 10 business days total, but it took longer than that. I had to email them and prompt them to refund the money. I don't like chasing anyone, especially an establishment for money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never left a review ever but I am forced to because no one should order from here you don't get your items. My order never shipped. I emailed 3 times and never got a response. I called twice no answer. Finally someone answered and told me it would ship the next day and they would give me free overnight shipping. Never shipped. Called again, they said the same thing and so I gave them a second chance. Shouldn't have. Never shipped. Still won't answer emails and phone. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back.

I was going to order on this site but…

I was going to order on this site but after so many bad reviews lol. I'm going to keep my money ????.
Some companies really need to pay attention to those details.

Untrustworthy company

I ordered a pair of On running shoes (they are a newly released style called 'cloudnova.' I was sent an older pair that is not even carried by Bandier anymore but in the correct box. I reached out to customer service and they would not even attempt to see if there was a mismatched pair/more of my size in stock (by the time the item was sent it was sold out). It is VERY sketchy that a BRAND new style released just days within my order had an OLD pair in the new style's box. I will NEVER shop at Bandier again as I cannot trust this company.
